@WallStreetApes She must be charging her car at peak hours, which tends to be more pricey. If you go before 8am or after 8pm, it can be less costly. I have a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 and pay max $25 per charge, even during peak hrs

@WallStreetApes Fellow SoCal Resident here 🙋🏻‍♂️ The area you’re doing rent research on is significantly higher than other LA City/County areas. Do research more inland, East LA/Boyle Heights, Montebello, Inglewood. I’m sure you can find something less costly.
