Is it normal in your prefecture to wait 4-5 light cycles(12min!) at the same light? Welcome to Okinawa. This is common due to no tuning of light timing. It would be good to focus on this as an "SDG" as surely inefficient traffic flow is bad for the environment. 35°C so A/C on.
