@NeemansOfficial Ordered two items but not fit as per my requirement hence mail for return and refund. But reply came that it cannot be refunded as not in our policy. But when I ordered then no POP or Rider was there that only exchange or replacement pl support ASAP 5 days late

@STARHEALTHINC need support from senior team as when I claimed post Hospitalization such stupid careless mistake done by claim team by adding the item code instead of test actual cost which they did not pass. Also two test cost were not given where it is clearly stated by doctor
@KentRO37791543 made complaint on 7the Jun and till date not been closed. I have to purchase water as my RO is not working now and also there is an AMC is also due. Very shocking to see such kind if horrible service from Kent which is leader. Will I get this done today!!!!

@medlifecare Now I got the report but it seems either it is wrong or forged. As the sample was collected on 7the April @7.40AM in report it is stated 8th April @11AM. M totally astonished to see this gross negligence from ur lab. What is correct or right ? Waiting for revrt ASAP with facts

@medlifecare Can anyone in Medlife is serious and give correct picture. This is utter nonsense and gross negligence on your team part by providing false statement to customer. First time m facing this issue shows the zero tolerance to customer and their pain. God help us if such lab in India
