I had placed a return request for which your agents came to pick up the item. I handed it over to them and shared the pin as well. They went away and after 5 minutes I get msg from Swiggy that your return is cancelled, dont hand over item.

@PuneCityTraffic I have got a challan from Gujarat for my vehicle when in reality my bike never went there. When I check the Challan details, it is for a Rikshaw. It looks like that Rikshaw driver forged the number plate.
Please help.
