The Congress Legislature Party had met in Thiruvananthapuram on May 7th, 2026 and had unanimously resolved to authorize the Congress President to appoint the new leader of the CLP in the state of Keralam.

Accordingly, the Congress President has held extensive discussions with the Chairperson of the Congress Parliamentary Party, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, the AICC Observers who had met with the newly elected MLAs on May 7th, 2026 and many other leaders from the state including MPs, former PCC Presidents have also been consulted.

Based on all these discussions, it has been decided that Shri @vdsatheesan be appointed as the leader of the CLP.

जब 2024 में NEET का पेपर लीक हुआ था, लाखों बच्चों की मेहनत बर्बाद हुई थी, तब सुबोध कुमार सिंह NTA के DG थे।

लोगों के गुस्से को शांत करने के लिए मोदी सरकार ने चाल चली और इन्हें पद से हटा दिया।

NEET 2026 की परीक्षा रद्द हो गयी।

22 लाख से ज़्यादा छात्रों की मेहनत, त्याग और सपनों को इस भ्रष्ट भाजपाई व्यवस्था ने कुचल दिया।

किसी पिता ने कर्ज़ लिया,
किसी माँ ने गहने बेचे,
लाखों बच्चों ने रात-रात भर जागकर पढ़ाई की,

और बदले में मिला, पेपर लीक, सरकारी लापरवाही और शिक्षा में संगठित भ्रष्टाचार।

यह सिर्फ़ नाकामी नहीं, युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ अपराध है।

हर बार पेपर माफिया बच निकलते हैं और ईमानदार छात्र सज़ा भुगतते हैं।

अब लाखों छात्र फिर से वही मानसिक तनाव, आर्थिक बोझ और अनिश्चितता झेलेंगे।

अगर अपनी तकदीर परिश्रम से नहीं, पैसे और पहुँच से तय होगा, तो फिर शिक्षा का मतलब क्या रह जाएगा?

I travelled through Great Nicobar today.

These are the most extraordinary forests I have ever seen in my life. Trees older than memory. Forests that took generations to grow.

The people on this island are equally beautiful - both the adivasi communities and the settlers - but they are being robbed of what is rightfully theirs.

The government calls what it is doing here a “Project.” What I have seen is not a project. It is millions of trees marked for the axe. It is 160 square kilometres of rainforest condemned to die. It is communities that have been ignored while their homes have been snatched away.

This is not development. This is destruction dressed in development’s language.

So I will say it plainly, and I will keep saying it: what is being done in Great Nicobar is one of the biggest scams and gravest crimes against this country’s natural and tribal heritage in our lifetime.

It must be stopped. And it can be stopped - if Indians choose to see what I have seen.

Divya Deshmukh has done her job! In the 14th and final round of the FIDE Women's Candidates 2026, Divya drew against Tournament co-leader Bibisara Assaubayeva. Divya actually had a winning opportunity towards the end, but she couldn't find it in very low time! The game ended in a draw shortly.

With this result, a win for Vaishali now means that she become the Champion of Women's Candidates - and she has a close to winning advantage against Kateryna Lagno now!

It was a tough outing for Divya Deshmukh at her first Candidates - she scored 5.5/14 points. But we are sure this is a tournament she will take back loads of learning from, and qualify for many more Candidates in the future!
