Despite being in a 5g coverage area, the data pack is reduced to under 200 MB. Is this a joke/glitch or a scheme to force customer to recharge with higher data packs? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI @consu

[Ajit Deo Burma @ajit_db]

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , even after having a 5G unlimited pack, and being in 5G Network, the data is being used from the main account balance. Kindly help.

Dear @ola_supports , it is more than a month and I am yet to receive the refund as promised by your support team. @bhash

[Ajit Deo Burma @ajit_db]

Dear @ola_supports your rider/Drivers take routes of their own resulting in higher final fares. On asking for help, you provide coupons which do not work. Kindly revise the policy and help with a recent issue.

[Ajit Deo Burma @ajit_db]

Dear @rapidobikeapp I am not able to raise complaint regarding a ride. It is a common issue of fare getting increased during a ride. Kindly help.

@ASUSIndia As you have mentioned delayed registration as your response, kindly provide me the date within which it was valid.

[Ajit Deo Burma @ajit_db]

Dear @ASUSIndia I bought a laptop and registered within the suggested period. I applied for the promo offer but my claim was rejected saying the buying period is not inapplicable period. Kindly help.

[Ajit Deo Burma @ajit_db]

@ASUSIndia I did the same. After a lengthy delay I was told the offer could not be provided as it was beyond purchase period offer. But the purchase period is till 31st October 2024. I bought in October.

[Ajit Deo Burma @ajit_db]

Dear @rapidobikeapp I took a ride on your cab to Kempegowda airport . The ride ended at 2.11 am on 15.7.2024. But the app still shows to be in ride as on 2.30 am , 15.07.2024. I have paid the driver 1017 rupees for the ride. this is for your kind information please.

[Ajit Deo Burma @ajit_db]

Dear @rapidobikeapp your riders are taking routes as per their own whims and fancies. This results in escalated final fare instead of initial estimated fare. Initially there was help available on ur app. But now it's nowhere to be found. Kindly help
