@airindiain you should have deplaned the passengers when you got to know of the issue. There is a passenger with an asthma issue who has already had a panic attack. What is this behaviour ?

@airindiain boarded AI687 at 1545 for a flight which was to depart at 1635.its 1735 & the flight has not taken off yet.the flight was taken from the bay to the tarmac..all passengers have been sitting in the heat for the past 2 hours. Is this the way to treat your passengers?

@airindiain @ambikabahadur If you know there is a technical issue in the aircraft and it is hot in the cabin (as the captain himself stated), why on earth would the decision be to keep passengers on board for over 2 hrs? This is a ridiculous excuse and you need to do better. You’re not trying your best.
