東京都江東区大島にあるネパール料理店「ヒマニレストラン」へ、夕食の為に入店した20代女性。

店員のポカレル・ハリ・クリシュナ(46歳)にレイプされる。

遅い時間帯であったため客は少なく、やがて店内の客が被害者一人だけとなった際、
男は執拗にプライベートな質問を繰り返し、徐々にボディタッチを始めた。

危険を感じ、会計して帰ろうとする被害者に対し、男は卑猥な言葉を投げかけ、強引に入口から死角になるソファ席へ連れ込み無理矢理、性的暴行。

さらに、暴行後に被害者が逃げ込んだトイレにまで侵入し、狭い空間で女性の頭を壁にぶつけながら二度目の暴行に及んだ。

ただ食事を取る為に入店しただけなのにレイプされる。

こんなんじゃコンビニだけじゃなく、
女性1人で、外国人従業員がいる飲食店にも入れなくなる。

安全だった日本の治安を返してくれ。
