This amounts to privatising the bank through backdoor & can put several jobs at risk

Plans of LIC paying Rs 10,000 cr to Govt to get controlling stake in IDBI must be reconsidered for 2 reasons

1)Crores of ordinary Indians have their savings parked with LIC
2)IDBI performance has been extremely poor

Why should LIC bail out govt on such a deal ?
