@MyIndianBank Pls implement Automation to send IMPS/NEFT/RTGS Receipts to the registered email address of the account after the transaction of Fund transfers.
Also automate to send SMS with UTR# to Registered Mobile Number upon Fund Transfer transactions.

It's a very basic feature of Bank.

@MyIndianBank @DFS_India Server is very slow unable to download Statements and also Pls enable Pdf format option for yearly statements to be downloaded. Interest certificate also not available it's already 18th of April 2024

@chennaipolice_ Theft happened on 15/01/2024 @ Ayanavaram. Given a written complaint same day night at K2 Police Station, Aym with cctv footages. No CSR made and No action taken despite followup and no call back regarding CSR.

Later had to file a complaint online by myself.
