ResQ SR 8082682908 raised on 22-Jul-2026 for my LG OLED TV issue. ₹67,995 refund approved and SR closed on 15-Aug, with 2–3 working days promised.

TV collected on 27-Aug, but refund is still pending. Every follow-up gets “Pending with HO team.”

@HDFCBank_Cares It's been 5 months I have been following up with you guys and still no resolution provided for the issue I have reported, am not sure what investigation you people you are doing.

@HDFCBank_Cares @BanAkhil note it down this is what you can get as a reply from HDFC, even if you provide exact number or person name branch address or even hdfc employee ID. They won't be able to locate whereabouts. Same case going for me for more than 6 months.

@cromaretail could you please let me know why my oder 300037114786 was cancelled. I called the customer care but they are not able to provide the reason why the order was cancelled when the delivery date was tomorrow.

@HDFCBank_Cares I don't know why this is taking too much time, if you are not able to provide a resolution in time why you people are promising it I waited for more than 3weeks for the resolution and now you are asking me to wait for another 3
