When you do not have riders tobpick up packed orders, why do you display the delivery time upfront - in my case it was to be delivered in 13 minutes and kept on increasing?

@ZeptoNow my order is delayed by 20 minutes till now. Order placed at 6:07 am and it is a prepaid order. There is no rider to pick up my order vthats what the BOT says. It was said that the order will be delivered in 13 minutes and the timer is increasing.

Attached is the diagnosis run on the Vi app. Network issue throughout the day, worse even when there is a power outage in my area. Yesterday there was a power outage from noon till 3:30pm, and I was without any services. Today too the same issue.
