@AmazonHelp What a pathetic service by Amazon

[Ajay Kumar @ajky91]

@amazonIN

I am trying to return this product since 28 Sep 2022. But nobody comes to pick it up. What should I do now?

Should I create buzz for this ? Or is there any chance to resolve my issue?

Let me clarify, i never refused to return the product.

[Ajay Kumar @ajky91]

@AmazonHelp Then please let me know where can I send the info incase (as facing right now) i face the same issue again and again

[Ajay Kumar @ajky91]

@AmazonHelp Yes I had shared the required info.

[Ajay Kumar @ajky91]

@AmazonHelp See, as i told you earlier, nobody comes for pickup. As the return is scheduled for today, i only get a missed call of Max (4-5secs). And i called back on number and i didn't get response. Hand to hand i contacted with customer care on call. Check screenshots.

[Ajay Kumar @ajky91]

@AmazonHelp Filled the required info, and hope i will get the solution. Waiting for the response by your team on my given contact details.
