Buscaría factores fuera del chads... strai aurícula, obesidad, saos, renal, epoc, etc... en base a eso tomaría decisión sobre anticoagulante a largo plazo.

Beautiful study of ECP @NephroP Hepatic V Doppler confirms constriction. Few differences in Doppler between tamponade , ECP, and CP below. e' is not as high in tamponade and ECP as CP. Pure tamponade has gr 1 mitral inflow. Steroid if dialysis does not work. @jamil_tajik @ASE360

Why are we constantly surprised when peer review fails?

1) It’s not a reimbursed activity.

2) Reviewers remain anonymous. Which disincentivizes quality.

3) It’s biased. There, I said it. If the author list is large or prestigious enough, the manuscript gets a pass.

I couldn't figure out a lit review system (for presentations, papers, etc) as a student or a resident. This resulted in a lot of inefficient reading, because I wasn't keeping that information in a useable way.

My system may not work for you, but it has helped me greatly.
