- 3 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة فول سوداني
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة عسل
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا

#الوصفة
- تخلط جميع المكونات في الخلاط حتى يشابه قوامها قوام الآيس كريم
- نضيف قطع الفول السوداني الصغيرة للقليل من القرمشة (اختياري)

#Healthy #Peanut #Icecream

Ingredients

- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tpsp of honey
- 1 tsp of Vanilla

#Recipe
- blend all the ingredients into a mixer until they become in a smooth consistency
- Add peanut pieces for a little crunch (optional)

Ingredients:
- 500 gm of plum
- Stevia sugar as per your preferences
- 1 lemon's juice

- Cut the plums into small pieces
