We are surviving. Moving forward in life. Our dreams are becoming reality. I now stay home with the kids, we’re getting ready to move, and I know who my true friends are. I miss Shane daily, but I know he’s with us.

My first Veteran’s Day without my veteran. If not for his sacrifice and 20+ years of service, we would not be where we are today. For that, I am eternally thankful.

@wolftaylor4 I actually considered going out in the storm we had a couple days ago and scrubbing the mud off my truck. A hard rain will get a lot off but then that mud is still just stuck. I didn’t though, the lightning was just too bad.
