SUPERWOMAN might've had the shortest run of any comic strip: there was only one strip published in 1943 before DC threatened a lawsuit over similarities to Superman. I like it, though! Rea Irvin's urbane drawing style is great, and I like Superwoman's apathetic expressions.
@PanelSyndicate what a beautiful page. if they ever decide to do a comics adaptation of Tom DeHaven’s wonderful It’s Superman! novel, I truly hope you can draw it.
@DaveJCummings@jpalmiotti@bleedingcool And like Fantagraphics with Lost Marvels/Atlas Library and AbramsArts for fancy hardcovers, etc. Marvel outsourcing prestige projects seems to be going well for all involved
@alwaysmallville that page wasn’t in Batman #407, it was added new for the collection and all subsequent ones, except for the DC Finest which is reprinting it as it appeared in issue form.
