@LogitechGUK Had 2 replacement zone wireless headsets after mic ceased working. You have used an unprotected polyimide film to connect the mic that is prone to bunching and tearing/breaking, and cannot be replaced. For a £200+headset this seems mad #PlannedObsolescence #teardown

@JohnGlenUK is there anything that you can do to help with covid test results? I had a test with my son on Sunday and have still not had the results. The 119 call centre are no help. His school are waiting to hear the results and he wants to go back!

@BorisJohnson how are we supposed to have faith in your test & trace system if simple testing can't be done in a timely manner. My son and I had a test on Sunday afternoon in a drive-in test centre and are still waiting for our results over 72hrs later, keeping him out of school!
