World of Warcraft is, and always has been a mid game. It thrives purely on nostalgia. It is one of, if not THE most overrated video game IPs and franchises to ever exist. The fact that these people keep going back to it over, and over, and over again to replay the same game does NOT, in fact, speak to the game being good.

Rather, it speaks to how boring and uncultured the fandom is, as I can think of about a thousand video games that released in the last 3 years that 99% of these people will almost certainly have not yet played... yet here they are, once again spending their time in Blizzard's greatest cash-grab: WoW.
