I have a field for guys in your 20’s to pursue that will make your days go by fast, you’ll be outside & you can name your price for jobs because there are so few in the profession: Land Surveyor.

I have 3 surveyors I pull from and every one of them is booked MONTHS out. With the amount of land being sold, houses being built and needing prop boundaries/houses pinned and just people needing their property lines flagged, Land Surveying is one of those fields that can provide a nice life long income. Once I got into construction and land acquisition, I was shocked at how few surveyors were out there. Sometimes I’ve had to wait 4-6 months to get on the schedule.
