As someone who has a job that crosses over into customer service often, I cannot stress this enough — Remember there is another human on the other end of your calls, emails, texts, etc… No matter how inconvenienced you think you are, be nice people.

All jobs listings should be required to post the salary or salary range. People should not have to interview for a position with no idea what the pay (or even pay range) will be because if the salary is a deal breaker then the interview wasted both theirs and the employer’s time.
