Been a while. Attempting to re-engage with X 😬 So much has happened but mostly my passion for SEND and Early Years has definitely gone global. The next 12 months may just be the most interesting yet.
Great to be running this session this afternoon. Superb EY leaders - such deep understanding of the role of the Early years in shaping learners for life - all leaders of education, SEND, teaching&learning and inclusion need to start here
A fantastic session this afternoon on planning for impactful change in #EarlyYears with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

Always love a Friday meeting with @ClioBrown_EYFS . So excited about the @WholeEducation and @EducationEACT Early Years conference planning. Nothing more important right now than getting those earliest years right. Can't wait to share details soon - June 30th 2025
Back at Alexander Stadium for the England U15 National Champs and both still super proud of their @SSAA_athletics kit and competing in it this weekend ❤️
Always out there supporting each other. This weekend English Schools Champs @SchoolAthletics being so proud to represent @SSAA_athletics at their first major champs. Proud to be there for not only Somerset but also @YeovilOlympiads
So so proud, Rosie selected to represent @SSAA_athletics at English Schools next month. And with @YeovilOlympiads team mates. Always said sport provides lessons in life. Patience, resilience, commitment, team work, hard work, belief - just a few. Not all about the classroom 🙏
@BritAthletics@BBCSport Why are the standards set so high for UK athletes in javelin? We have women throwers in the UK throwing further than some athletes in the finals at Europeans but they don't get to go. How will you ever grow these events and improve without exposure? Huge bias towards track
This pic, proud Mum ❤️
Shaping up to be a crazy season - not always going to plan and lots to work on but can't ever fault her commitment to her dreams.
Pic from Somerset schools champs yesterday. Selected for 3 events and 3 podium finishes. South West Schools next week!
@SerdarFerit Ah love that Serdar - my youngest goes on hers after half term - was not worried when eldest went, terrified for youngest! Totally different children and totally different locations. Great learning experiences for all of us though
Great and meaningful weekend supporting a special friend and one of life's givers and remembering how important it is to make the most of every moment. Our world can change very quickly. #JB7#charity
A fantastic watch and crucial reminder of purpose for anyone unsure of or losing their 'why' in education. Very pertinent points made about our guiding principles - refocus needed if we can get Global Sustainable Development back on track. Thank you @ShonoghP@BarrowfordHead
To launch our new WE Inspire series on the @UN@SustDev, @ShonoghP sat down with @BarrowfordHead and Alex Bell to discuss what the goals are and why they are relevant to education leaders.
