Today at the Zurich Bahnhofstrasse #LouisVuitton store (#2505), I was refused service for a shawl because the sales associate assumed I would “resell it” and implied I couldn’t afford it because I’m Indian.
I’m a U.S. citizen — but that shouldn’t matter. No one should be profiled based on ethnicity.
It took nearly an hour to process a refund, and invoice details appeared to be altered during that time.
Is this the standard of a global luxury brand?
@LouisVuitton I expect a formal investigation.

I recently flew with Etihad Airways from Abu Dhabi to Chicago on February 26th, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From check-in to landing, everything was smooth and well-organized. The cabin was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the in-flight entertainment had a great selection of movies and shows to keep me entertained throughout the long journey.
A special shoutout to flight attendant Iliana, who went above and beyond to make the flight even more enjoyable. Her warm demeanor, attentiveness, and professionalism truly stood out. She ensured every passenger was comfortable, responded quickly to requests, and always had a friendly smile. Iliana made a long-haul flight feel much more pleasant with her exceptional service.
Overall, Etihad Airways delivered an excellent travel experience, and I would highly recommend them for long-haul flights. Looking forward to flying with them again!
