@NYCClerk Just got a response to my request in the mail. It was dated 6/25 but only postmarked 7/26 - the day I tweeted @NYCClerk ! Application was returned w a note that we did not enclose a proper form of ID, which was literally attached to a copy of our license!

@NYCClerk So what do I do now that I’ve submitted 2 requests for marriage cert. copy (and can prove it), but @NYCClerk says they have no record of my requests. It’s been 4 months since the first one was mailed in. No one in this office will help!!

@NYCClerk I have submitted my request for a copy of my marriage certificate BY MAIL 2 times already since April!! I will not get my health insurance reinstated until I get it!! Today, a @NYCClerk employee tells me they haven’t received my requests! Unacceptable!!
