Having spoken to a number of friends - who all agree with me - I have submitted a formal complaint to the BBC @bbcsport - we pay a license fee and they treat us like idiots.
I’m going to launch a petition to ask that Rio, Micah & Shearer are all dropped for the next game. They’re nice guys and were superb players but as pundits 😱 Aren’t they meant to be analysts - not a fan club?

@LBC@AndrewMarr9@GlobalPlayer Your “Infosys” story seems very skewed. They are a success story around the world. Isn’t it possible they are just rather good at what they do?
@BillMeenaghan@isitceurope We have today submitted our response to the ESMA Consultation on T+1 in the EU. Properly automated exchange of SSI data (no faxes, emails, spreadsheets) is one of our core recommendations.
@virginieoshea Properly automated (i.e. no fax, email, spreadsheet/CSV files) real-time processing is essential, especially in segments like securities lending which are already very time challenged.
@virginieoshea My best advice is to build a Same-Day Trade Processing model. Overnight batch processing is still commonplace. This is a form of automation but is not viable in a T+1 settlement cycle.
The honour of presenting @BBCNewsnight falls to me tonight. I have worked on the programme for 32 years, around the world, risking my life many times for its journalism. You can well imagine my feelings at cuts to our staff and budget of more than 50% https://t.co/zyQTwFKIiI
