Some takes:
- they fail on some basic survival skills: 2 minutes in the presence of Dr Smith - they go zombi.
- falsifying test results for personal gains
- weird family dynamics- dominant and entitled mother.

2. Romanian government/president is more pro US, bulgarian seem proRussia/proPutin.
3. Ro: Large oposition party - against EU, but both proTrump+proPutin - I guess they feel no contradiction there.

big armies can now destroy/detain ships from smaller countries without much "due" process.
US did it with Venezuella, it seems China is catching up.

Most Trump's actions align directly or indirectly to Putin's wishes:

directly - withdrawing the sactions against Russia and (misdirection) Iran :O.
indirectly - slowly sabotaging NATO, alienate ALL alies - Putin's happy face.
restrict mail voting - Putin said so...
etc.

his advisors/team definitely let him act and speak that way - not much they can do without being fired or they just using this to their advantage.
