@KeltyUSA really disappointed with your support. I’m directed to Tent Pole Technologies for a pole replacement. That’s fine. They need specs for the pole which i can’t provide as i don’t have it. And told by support you don’t have the specs it???

unbelievable. even customer support couldn't assist. You're forcing people to get their boarding pass at the airport unless they check a bag? The support i spoke to even said they're swamped with calls on this. I'll go out of my way to not fly united again. well played
