There are actually Tory MP's justifying this latest breach. Absolutely mind blown by this tweet. The reasons given are utterly disgraceful. Like there weren't thousands of NHS staff working themselves to exhaustion but yet abiding by rules. Hang you head in shame!

I have never dealt with a more incompetent airline than @_austrian !! I have been trying to get a refund since our flights were cancelled in March. We have been going round in circles and now they have just advised I am getting a credit note rather than a refund. Do NOT use them!
