@sleepmonkie @Lord_Beesus This is simply wrong. In the UK Parliament can make or unmake any law, and no court or other body has the power to override or set aside an Act of Parliament. Of course there are practicalities which stop this from happening, but on paper, the legislature has near infinite power.

However, policies like this can have an immediate impact and it is right for him to focus on them on his 3rd day in government.
