@raghav_chadha Thx. Sir pls also raise the point of min recharge. These cellular companies are forcing users to buy bigger plan. Today a user can’t buy data plan with unlimited validity in reasonable fare; also when home wifi not in use still being charged, no option to reuse the unused data.

1. अगर ट्रेन गंतव्य पर 3 घंटे से अधिक लेट पहुँचे तो पूर्ण टिकट राशि तुरंत वापसी हो।
2. लेट होने पर हर यात्री को एक मुफ्त कान्फर्म टिकट जारी किया जाए।
3. रीयल-टाइम सूचनाओं की जिम्मेदारी IRCTC की हो। देरी की सूचनाएं कम से कम 4 घंटे पहले दी जाएँ।
4. स्टेशन पर समय पर पहुँच चुके यात्रियों के लिए वैकल्पिक बस/टैक्सी व्यवस्था या ऑन-ground सहायता अनिवार्य की जाए।
5. देरी पर मुआवजा और जवाबदेही के नियम कड़े किए जाएँ। अधिकारी हर महीने देरी का पब्लिक रिपोर्ट जारी करें।
6. टिकट कन्फर्म न होने के कारण यात्रियों को होने वाले आर्थिक नुकसान के लिए क्लेम का त्वरित निपटान व्यवस्था हो।
7. हेल्पलाइन और शिकायत निवारण तंत्र का पारदर्शी ट्रैकिंग नंबर दिया जाए और 24 घंटे में जवाब अनिवार्य हो।
क्या IRCTC और रेल मंत्रालय यात्रियों के समय और सुरक्षा को महत्त्व देंगे या यह सिर्फ रीलों की चमक के लिए ही है?
कितने और यात्रियों का समय बर्बाद होना होगा तब तक जब तक ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं होती?

Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair?
Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund.
Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge.
If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers.
This is long long overdue.

Air India confirms that flight AI171, from Ahmedabad to London Gatwick, was involved in an accident today after take-off.
The flight, which departed from Ahmedabad at 1338 hrs, was carrying 242 passengers and crew members on board the Boeing 787-8 aircraft. Of these, 169 are Indian nationals, 53 are British nationals, 1 Canadian national and 7 Portuguese nationals.
The injured are being taken to the nearest hospitals.
We have also set up a dedicated passenger hotline number 1800 5691 444 to provide more information.
Air India is giving its full cooperation to the authorities investigating this incident.

We too had similar chronic peak server load problem in #Thyrocare. We could not afford costly spare servers. But we solved it by staggering it. My managers were wise. 😂
If it is really server problem from 8 am to 6 pm allow 1/10 of trains booking every hour.
It is server optimization.
