3. Most of the fake votes were added using Form-6. Form-6 is used for first time voter registration. The declaration that each application made and signed is below:

"I am aware that making the above statement or declaration in relation to this application which is false and which I know or believe to be false or do not believe to be true, is punishable under Section 31 of Representation of the People Act,1950 (43 of 1950) with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both."

It is a criminal offense that these people have committed by giving fake data and declaring that they don't have votes anywhere in India. A crime doesn't have one month expiry date. It is a crime whenever he/she is caught. What action have you taken against criminals you've found that these are fake voters? Can you let the people know? (4/n)

I have defended India’s electoral process for decades, telling the world to learn from our Election Commission. But the evidence presented by @RahulGandhi changes the picture — in just one assembly constituency in Karnataka, 100,000 bogus votes; 15–20% of the voter list wrong.

Any credible Election Commission would investigate, fix the list, and punish the guilty. Instead, it is threatening the Leader of the Opposition. In Maharashtra, this happened quietly; in Bihar, it’s a daylight robbery.

The nation deserves an answer. And history will remember this.
