If your periods have stopped & you are on HRT & start spotting/bleeding please contact your GP. It may be your body adjusting to the HRT BUT it could be a thickening of your womb lining which increases your risk of cancer. Seek medical advice.

That’s why transwomen do not have periods or PMS. It’s a result of the HRT medication. Stop taking it and those “symptoms” stop. Women don’t get that luxury.

@JamesDeroest @freckles4271 @kelvmackenzie Some aggressive prostate cancers produce low to no PSA secretions. It would have been missed if he only had a PSA test. I’m not saying screening shouldn’t be done but it should go alongside other tests.
