@flairairlines and 3. show the new flight as "on time" meanwhile it is 10 mins passed that departure time and we have received no information about the flight, no new departure time, and our flight has been erased from all information boards at the airport.

@flairairlines curious to know how it's acceptable to 1. delay a flight 13 hours within 2hrs of the original departure time
2. cancel said flight and rebook all passengers in a new flight with NO notification for an EVEN LATER departure time

i drove 3 hours to catch a flight that was already delayed 7+ hours, just to be notified via text message that my
flight was cancelled... while sitting at the gate full of other passengers, 15 minutes before our boarding time.
