If a man finds out he was intentionally lied to about being the father of a child, I think he should be able to get at least some of that child support money back.

The child obviously isn’t to blame. But if someone knowingly lied about paternity and that lie cost another person tens of thousands of dollars over the years, I don’t understand why there should be zero financial consequence for that.

If this happened in almost any other situation, we’d call it fraud.

If the money was paid because of a lie, there should be some way to recover it.
