Ordered food via @Swiggy at 7:28 PM. By 8:20 PM, still no delivery, so I called the assigned delivery executive—no answer.
Called customer care; they also tried reaching him—still no answer. They then assigned a new delivery executive.
I called the new one, and he told me the restaurant had already handed the parcel to some other delivery person and refused to give it to him again.
Called customer care again and explained everything. The agent said that since the order isn’t marked as picked up in the system, they have to assign yet another delivery executive.
It’s now been over two and a half hours. We gave up, cooked our own dinner, and ate, but the order still hasn’t arrived.
When I asked to cancel the order, they refused and said they’ll charge the full amount with no refund.
@Swiggy, this is unacceptable service. Please look into this immediately and process a full refund. Order ID: 225467893917887

@airvistara @Officejmscindia Pathetic experience!!! Had a laptop bag(soft bag) and a hand baggage(cabin size, 6.5kg). I was denied to carry the bags stating that only one bag is allowed. There were other passengers who were carrying a laptop bag and handbag.

@KentROSystems Extremely poor customer service. Raised service request on 16 Aug, one technician visited and allocated the request to another service without fixing it but no one visited after that. Have called 7 8 times since yesterday but no fix yet.

This is an every day hustle for a banglorean. Book an UBER/OLA. The driver asks you to cancel the ride and take it offline.

You get hit by an auto, get beaten up and yelled at.
