1st January 2026,
Enough lurking.
I’m Daniel. I’ve been on X since 2020, but this is me intentionally showing up now.

Can someone who claims to represent God pronounce destruction on people simply because they laughed at or mocked him?
Dr. Abel Damina calls the attention of Apostle Arome Osayi to his statement that those who laugh at him will face consequences, and that the angel of destruction would visit them.
According to Dr. Damina, this is not the character of God, neither is it the character expected of a believer.
Look at Jesus. He was mocked, insulted, beaten and ridiculed, yet He never pronounced destruction on His mockers. Instead, He prayed:
"Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do." (Luke 23:34)
This is the character of Christ: love, forgiveness, mercy and grace, even in the face of opposition.
The question is, are we demonstrating the character of Christ, or are we using God's name to express personal anger and seek revenge?
Christianity is not about making people afraid of God's judgment because they offended us. It is about revealing Christ, even when we are offended.
What do you think? Should a Christian respond to mockery with threats of destruction or with the love and forgiveness demonstrated by Jesus?
