@lalpathlabs I had my parents’ COVID test booked for today at 11am and it is disappointing to note that neither did I get any mail/message/call about it being cancelled or rescheduled nor has the agent reported to my address yet. They are both senior citizens waiting since 11.

It is appalling that a reputed brand like @HitachiGlobal is unable to live up to its commitments and name. Lodged a complaint on 24th Aug on the service centre and was promised a repair however to no avail. @HitachiHomes

Had the worst experience at welcome heritage itc property in Kasauli. Not worth a stay with elders and kids at all. The owner and entire staff are nothing less than goons, misbehaved, no heating at 4 degree, no wifi, no tv, no hot water, no safety. Shocked with @ITCHotelsCares
