@NPCI_BHIM I would have checked through refrence Id n Dm you the screenshot .. refund was processed by Razorpay on 29 th of dec 2020 ..kindly check the refund reference number 027523944694

Tracking id shows that refund is successfully done why their is so much delay now.. I have been in touch with merchant.. now when they provided me all proof .. m not getting satisfactory reply from ur side.

@Razorpay it’s been two months merchant AJIO was told me that refund money was manually refunded through razor pay Id . I did my transaction on 1 oct which was successful to merchant n till now no refund is done
