@SadlyItsBradley lowkey wished its a bit more expensive using an ai max 395+ or 388 for the soc, ive been using the apex handheld and its so ridiculously powerful even on battery power i could basically have a semi-wireless vr setup lol

Onexplayer Apex + Apple Vision Pro is impressively good for travel lol. Crazy how good the latency is even when both are wireless running on my travel router.

It's also insane how powerful the Apex is even on battery power, the 8060S igpu in the ai max 395+ is so efficient it runs horizon zero dawn ultra settings at 1080p at ~70fps on 30w, and boosts up to 55w on battery or 80w on charger lol

HOLY SHIT. Just tested the StarVR One on wimfov, and it's vertical FOV is higher than most headsets' horizontals nowadays 🤣

Honestly incredibly impressive. I would've loved to see the passthrough on the ultimate; if it's demo'd at shows in the future I would love to see it in person

Also honestly great work on the software. Super straight forward and works straight away. Can't say the same for my 8KX and XR4 🤣

ok so holy shit. i don't know if there has been significant updates since launch, or if im suffering from novelty bias, but these somnium vr1 lenses are actually crazy. no CA issues like I felt on the pimax crystal heavy & crystal super. no shadowy artifacts like the xr4. world scale is perfect for me, and is probably one of the best aspherics ive tried. idk what u put in here @ASychov 🤣

i do have a lot of thoughts, esp. regarding the displays coming back from 4k uOLEDs, but MAN do I prefer these aspherics over pancakes...
