Can you explain what's Item handling cost? 49.99 rupees? You explained self explanatory GST, in which Zepto has no role. But shy to explain Handling charge, other than delivery charge which is now I have to apply manually, prone to miss.

There was no handling charge before, why this is being added? When this started it used to be 5 or 9 rupees, not remember exactly. What changed in economics in this country to make you eligible random fancy charges? I have to buy Zepto Pass for delivery charges and other discount
