@ACKOSupport Had worst experience with Acko in my health policy when I opt for cashless treatment for my mother. Claim no23092601722 got rejected due misinterpretation of a statement shared by hospital and is not acceptable as 5days back got green signal through email from Acko.

@ACKOSupport A very worst service that I experienced in my health insurance policy when I opt for a cashless treatment for my mother. Claim number 23092601722 got rejected because of misinterpretation of an English sentence shared by the Hospital. I sent an email with all details

Very poor internet speed from VI@ViCustomerCare 🥴, No doubt providing 4G network with lower price as compared to other operators, but no use, Maximum time it looks below 2G internet speed. Please don't go for 5G, priorly look into 4G internet issues across India.

@OYO4U The solution wasn't a solution, it was a joke, many times I told that from 23rd to 24th There was booking ID as 'Q3I80220' and in the same hotel, from 24th to 27th Aug, another booking ID was there which is LMSX4588, on the 1st day(23rd) they denied to give rooms,so i cancelled.

@OYO4U The hotel owner asked me to cancel, or give extra money to get the rooms else do whatever you want to do, no one can beat us like that he said, and there was no action taken for this kind of behaviour and sending me an email saying as per policy no refund @oyorooms @riteshagar

@OYO4U A big clap for the amazing solution, attaching the snapshot with solution that I got through email. Team didn't go through the background details what was my concern & why there were many booking (Q3I80220 & LMSX4588). I will let them do a check at my end through a consumer case.

@OYO4U Really this is a harassment which need an action otherwise I have go for other options, At night 11 PM they told no rooms are there or give extra money for the same room, Even after I said I with my old parents and ladies. Ridiculous @riteshagar
