infact , prices for credit default swaps tied to Oracle, SpaceX, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Broadcom and Nvidia have all risen to record highs in recent days

The AI debt concern is growing rapidly

as per data, AI Companies have issued $236 Billion of Debt in Just Five Months.

Meta’s latest borrowing cost for its $12bn Texas data centre rose significantly to levels closer to junk rated bonds!

all of this is showing up in stock market prices too

yesterday the south Korean index was down 10%

stocks like SK Hynix , Samsung are seeing steep sell offs

The global AI industry has now become one that is running on borrowed money

Companies are pouring money into the physical side of AI long before they can see what it will earn them.
