Only constraint it has is shortage of capital, to make its workforce more productive. So invite it with open arms. Let them invest

That’s because the upper middle class is disconnected from realities of India. After watching TV and their own bubble chambers on social media they turn out to be liberals of the west kind. Sad - since they should be focused on movements like Anna Hazare in 2011, that’s what protests of the youth should be about

India’s infrastructure story isn’t complete without manufacturing.
Roads, ports, and power plants are only a prelude — the real test is whether they translate into competitive, thriving industries.

If manufacturing still struggles, the root cause won’t be the roads or the rails. It will be the regulatory choke points and the uncompetitive ecosystem that sap momentum before it even starts.

The danger? A false start that looks like progress, but isn’t.

- Somebody who has built - an entrepreneur
- A technocrat who understands finance
- No talking heads or strategy, but who execute
- Upholds the constitution and freedom of press

India can only be built by builders and not politicians.
