Rickshaw Meter Scam @MumbaiRTO @MumbaiPolice I was travelling from Gundavali Metro Station to Terminal 2 Rickshaw Stand. Recorded this on the way to the Airport. Distance was around 4kms and the meter showed ₹178 fare. He didn’t even drop me to the stand.
