this is exactly why we self-host. no tier to upgrade, no per-seat tax on your own history - postgres + dgraph, all 10+ years, queryable from day one. built an ai agent on top of it for basically this "oracle" use case. happy to show you how it works if you want to compare notes

OK, finally figured out what you have to do in order to have complete API access to your data on SLACK... I think!

My goal: CREATE AN ALL-KNOWING CO-CEO/ORACLE WITH 100% ACCESS TO ALL MESSAGES ACROSS AN INSTANCE FOR ALL TIME (i.e. all 10+ years of our SLACK).

You have to upgrade from Business+ to Enterprise+, which is 3x: you jump from $15 per person to $45 per person per month.

Not the end of the world, but feels a bit unfair to have to pay 3x to get access to my own data!

Has anyone else used all SLACK data to make THE CEO ORACLE?!?!!

@AdhyaayK @stedelmanto Just try thinking more on end user perspective..... less options you give to end user more they use on daily basis since it can easily slide into their daily routine silently since it will take less cognitive thinking...... Currently it's just dumping as many agents as you can

Agents are just autonomous systems not human ..your remaining doubts can solved just using better agent architecture

That's the human limitation that it can do only few task at a time ..... Agents are not human they do all kinds of work ....

Just try to use your own product for 3-4 months after that you will realise
1. You will just use max 4-5 agent on daily basis
2. Adding agent creates more cognitive load for the end user

Just try using your own product and remember AI can multi-task since they are not human
