I had ordered some items on 21/03/2020. Deu to covid19 I cancelled them, asked for refund. I received text that refund is success. But money is still not transacted into my account.

जनसंख्या के हिसाब से देखा जाए तो बिहार जैसे बड़े राज्य में अभी भी और बैंक शाखाओं को खोलने की जरूरत है। वहां के बैंको पे ग्राहकों का दवाब ज्यादा है।

डाटा से साफ पता चल रहा, जहां एक शाखा 10हजार ग्राहक देख रही, वहीं बिहार में 16हजार की भीड़ है। ऐसे में अच्छी ग्राहक सेवा कैसे होगी?

हर सामाजिक योजनाओं में पब्लिक बैंक आगे।
