I ordered clothes via Ajio, and they are not allowing me to exchange for a different size. Instead, if I place a new order, they charge ₹29 platform and ₹99 delivery fees.

Tried with different pincode from Del, Mum, Har.

I don't understand why you can pick and deliver at the same time. But you can pick separately and deliver separately.
