throughout the history. I strongly believe their determination, dedication and struggle will pay off, as they reach their fundamental human rights. They’re indeed inspiration for the world..

On this women’s day, I would remind the world that millions of Afghan brave women have always proven that they’re not and won’t be the victims of extremism. Rather, they are the only ones who’ve always stood up against injustice, inequality and human rights violations..

Striving for freedom is the ultimate form of humanity, which results in forming great nations with sovereign territories.

People who lack this worthwhile ability and avoiding it somehow are the ones who will confront extreme challenges and suffer from all sorts of crises.

The day you stop investing in yourself is the day your anxiety makes a comeback. Keep training, learning, challenging yourself with difficult goals: it's also the secret of peace of mind.

People won't respect you because you did what they expected from you, people respect you once you do your own thing and go way beyond what they thought you could achieve, at which point, you will also realize that you no longer really care about their validation.

Too many people try to become someone else, not enough people try to become the best version of themselves, that’s why we have a mental health crisis.

Afghan National Defense and Security Forces paid the highest price for the freedom and country. They deserve to be highlighted as national heroes. #Afganistan #freedome #security

@StephanAJensen They were, are and forever will be the real and irreplaceable heroes of Afghanistan. Their heroism and sacrifices will be remembered in Afghan history. #ANDSF

Muslims around the world r celebrating Eid al-Adha, while Afgs as humans & Muslims r desperately struggling for their survival inside & outside the ctry. They’re deprived of their freedom & basic rights especially girls’ education & work, they shouldn’t be forgotten. #EidMubarak

The difference between a good student and a great one is that a good student is concerned more about the outcome while a great one is fascinated by the process of learning.

@JamesClear Consistency.

Being consistent is key to getting better and reaching the goals anyone wants. And it has enriched my capabilities to overcome any challenges in order to move towards success and prosperity. Overall, it transformed my lifestyle into a productive one as a whole.

Nearly everything in life is unfavorable once it grows to a certain size.

It is entirely possible to have too many clients, too much work, too much fame, too much free time, and so on.

Pay attention to when the thing you're chasing exceeds its usefulness.

@Fshinwari1 It ain’t weird seeing this guy and his parallel characters who were dramatically promoted to higher military levels by P.Ghani standing on the same platform in order to get involved in Afg situation in 1 way or another. Let’s admit it as a result of misleading the security sect.
