@UHC@AskUHC When your "cost estimator" is off by thousands $ for a traumatic procedure, maybe don't be rude to/ignore the person trying to help correct that before others get surprise bills. I've left voicemails & spoken with reps who were very rude. I don't know what else to do

From someone who works in communications for a hospital: Get your information about COVID-19 from a reliable source like the CDC or a hospital. We sent out a communication yesterday and it's shocking the number of news outlets that incorrectly reported key pieces of info. 😔
