5/ I just paid $21 for an @owalalife Free Sip which leaked and I no longer have a product or replacement. Crazy way to do business. Seems like your “warranty” language should be revised to reflect that there is no warranty if you fill an Owala with water and it leaks.

I just bought a new free sip last month for $42. It leaked immediately after I filled it the first time. I returned the bottle under your lifetime warranty. I received a $21 refund because it was “used”. Your warranty was breached. I would like full credit. 1/

@united day 2 still waiting on luggage. Went on where my suitcase it indicated EWR still looking for the bag. After 2 Hr wx delay and waiting 3+ hours at carousel with no comms I am done.
